134 back on its wheels for the 1st time in 18 months

I've been working on the wheels at work over Christmas, applying HMG coach enamel under coat

These wheels were orginally on 135 as 134 was fitted with old truck wheels, I've had them sand blasted primed and new tyres fitted

Just a coat of Silver then we can start putting on the O/S lower panels

All the lower frame work on the O/S has now been primed

Riviting on the wheel arch panel

We are bonding on the front N/S wheel arch panel

Fairing off the filler on the wheel arch

Filling a bit of corrosion damage

The final piece of frame work on the O/S sand blasted clean

Andy made up some new corner pieces as the the old ones were badly damaged

Riviting had to be done from the underside

The steering ram is going to be removed soon as I've got the one off 135 I'm going to use part of each to make one good steering ram

As you can see underside we've blast cleaned the chassis the cab floor will have to come out as we've found a bit of rot

New brake chamber all fitted

I managed to salvage a extinguisher box from a scrap ECW Atlantean i've bonded it on and will be glassing it in good and proper

Another damaged section removed this area will be cleaned with the blaster
